We will not be responsible for any luggage or any things left by the client in the vehicle, if found later will be delivered at the client’s address with extra charges.
In case of any complaint, we must be informed at that time only to enable us to resolve immediately. Complaints after taking the services will not be entertained at all. Our office is 24 hours open to take care of any emergency or complaint.
Ø The Above package can be booked by paying a token amount which is 25% of the total amount for booking.
Ø The client has to complete 75% (25+50 %) of total amount within one month from the booking date.
Ø The remaining 25% should be complete before 7 days prior to the date of arrival.
Ø 20% of the total amount of the package is charged for any postpone or prepone of the tour.*
Ø If postponed, the package shall be valid for one year from the date of booking (conditions apply).
Ø Any booking canceled same day of the booking day there will be 90% Refund.
Ø Any booking canceled between 40 Days there will be 50% refund only if 50 % advance has been paid, but the company is not liable to refund any amount if the booking amount is less than 50% of the total package amount.
Ø Any reservation canceled between 14 days, there will be no refund.
